IT's standard maintenance window occurs every Saturday from 12:00am to 6:00am.  Intermittent outages may occur during this time.

Saturday 2/7/2026:  VPN Connectivity Issues Resolved

11:45pm ET:    The VPN service has returned to normal operations and the issue has been resolved.  If you receive the  message:  "Untrusted Server Blocked!" then please contact the helpdesk for further instructions to fix the issue.
 
10:30pm ET:  The NKU campus VPN service (secure.nku.edu) is experiencing sporadic outages.  You may receive the message:  "Untrusted Server Blocked!" during this outage preventing you from connecting.
 
IT is aware of this issue and actively working on a resolution. (Resolved 11:45pm ET)
 
This does not affect services like Canvas, email, or the MyNKU web portal.
