What is your favorite thing about NKU?
My favorite thing about NKU is absolutely the people! I have made friends who I know will be a part of my life forever. I have also had amazing professors in my career here who have genuinely cared about my success both academically and personally who have changed my life! Working as a student worker, I get to interact with some of the sweetest people every day!

Where is your favorite spot on campus? What makes that spot so special?
My favorite spot on campus is the third floor of the Student Union! There are always so many people to see up there! I can do homework while also interacting with new and old faces!

What is the first word that comes to mind when you think about NKU?
The first word that comes to mind is honestly home. (Super big nod to the marketing team!) In all honesty, this place has truly become my home. It is filled with people who give me constant support and encouragement, and it is where I have grown into a woman who will attend law school.

What is your favorite way to spend your free time?
I love to spend my time in organizations across campus! I am a member of the  Student Government Association, the president of the Women’s Club Soccer Team, the secretary for Leadership Mentors, a part of the Northern Kentucky Leadership Institute, a College of Arts and Sciences ambassador and a member of Delight! Being so involved on campus is what has helped me feel so at home here and meet so many people!

What is your greatest passion?
My greatest passion is serving others. I get so much joy out of helping others through even the smallest actions. It sounds cheesy but it is why I am so heavily involved on campus and why I have chosen practicing law as my career goal.

Tell us anything else about yourself and/or NKU that you want folks to know.
I am currently running for Student Body President with a female running mate, Mia Derks, because I believe that women are quietly leading on this campus, and it’s time we get loud!
