All Fine Arts that are not scheduled on inventory (do not have an asset tag) need to be insured through the Commonwealth's Inland Marine program. Please contact Procurement Services with the title of the artwork and value of the artwork. The requesting department will be responsible for processing payment of the insurance invoice.
Anytime NKU hosts an art exhibit or show all artwork needs to be scheduled through the Commonwealth's temporary Inland Marine program. The requesting department will need to contact Procurement Services prior to the event. At this time you will need to provide in writing the title, value and dates the artwork will be on campus. Transit insurance is also available. The requesting department will be responsible for processing payment of the insurance invoice.
