Jim joined Facilities Management as Director of Real Property Development in 2010. He has more than 10 years experience in community development with the City of Indianapolis, Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, and the City of Cincinnati, where he worked to help improve neighborhoods through various housing programs and redevelopment efforts.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Indiana State University, a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management and Master in Public Administration from NKU. He is currently working on a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (Ed.D) at NKU.
