If you would like to discuss selling your property to the university, contact the Office of Real Property Development. If the property is located within the current acquisition area, you may have your name added to a list of interested sellers.
You will be asked to provide your name, address, phone, email, and basic information about the property, such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms and any recent updates you may have made to the property. Use this form to submit this information electronically.
When your name comes up on the list, NKU will coordinate two independent appraisals from a list of authorized appraisers approved by Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. NKU will also complete a boundary survey, title search, and conduct an inspection of the property at the university’s expense.
Once this process is complete, NKU will make a written offer based on information gathered from the appraisals and physical inspection.
