We serve our students first by creating access to co-curricular scholarship opportunities which encourages persistence to graduation; fostering interconnectedness to collaboratively build an inclusive environment; and promoting growth and intercultural understanding to intentionally enhance the holistic student experience.

• We provide culturally affirming and identity-based programs with a culturally relevant curriculum to build meaningful connections and community.

Promotion of Intercultural Understanding

• We promote intercultural understanding through outreach efforts and cultural competency opportunities on diversity, equity, and inclusion for the NKU community.
