Subject: Homecoming Events Update
Good afternoon, Norse Nation.
Thankfully, it appears that COVID cases in our region are on the decline. This is truly exciting news, and I honestly cannot wait to stop having so many Zoom meetings and get back to stopping by tables in the Union during lunch to meet more of our students!
That being said, the Omicron variant of COVID-19 is still of major concern regionally and nationally. Therefore, as a cautionary measure, we feel that it is prudent to make a few more adjustments to the schedule of spring semester events. Our goal is to create the best experience for students that is humanly possible, so the staff within the Division of Student Affairs and Alumni Relations have been working diligently to adjust programs and services.
While not all the details for everything have been finalized, if our region’s numbers continue to decline, the following Homecoming events will happen as listed below. I encourage you to attend as many as possible, be it virtually or in-person. As a reminder, masks are required for everyone in all campus buildings. You can stay up to date on events by following us on Twitter: @nku_vpsa, Instagram: @vpsa.nku, and Facebook: NKU VPSA.
