Hello Norse Nation!

We are so excited to announce our annual MLK Day of Service will be taking place on Monday January 16th, 2023! We are inviting all students, staff, faculty, alumni, and community members to take part in this event to honor the life and legacy of Dr. King by serving our local community through a variety of service projects and programs.

This is a family friendly event so feel free to invite guests!

The schedule for the day will be:

9:15am to 9:30am – Check-In in the Student Union Ballroom
9:45am – Welcome and program honoring Dr. King
10:30 am – Break into groups and travel to service locations
11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. – Service projects

To effectively plan for the day, the deadline to sign up is December 9th. Registration is now open. Participants must sign up individually. 

Please eat breakfast prior to your arrival and bring your own water bottle. Wear an outfit and shoes you can volunteer in!
