Good afternoon,

As we prepare for the return of our students next week, I wanted to remind you that the NKU One Stop is open and eager to assist however possible. The staff have been cross-trained and area able to support students as they navigate issues related to Financial Assistance, Undergraduate Admissions, Office of the Registrar, and Veteran certification. The goal is to provide a single location for students to get the help they need and reduce any frustrations they may experience in dealing with university processes. Therefore, I am asking that you direct all students with enrollment or financial aid issues to the NKU One Stop located on the 3^rd floor of the Lucas Administration Building.

Hours for the One Stop are Monday – Friday, 8:15-4:30. However, to better serve students, hours next week are slightly different:

Monday, January 9                 8:15 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, January 10               8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, January 11          8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, January 12              8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday, January 13                   8:15 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Please encourage your students to use this valuable service and feel free to reach out with any questions.
