UCAP and Gown is Currently Unavailable 

The UCAP and Gown program is available during the months leading up to graduation. At this time, the Interest Form and Contract are unavailable. 

  • For Fall Graduation (December), the application process will re-open between mid-October and remain available until mid-November. 
  • For Spring Graduation (May), the application process will re-open between mid-February and remain available until mid-April.

*Due to the ever-changing calendar, specific dates cannot be included; however, the application process will usually open on the 15th or 16th of the month.
