GradImages will be photographing all graduates at the upcoming Commencement ceremonies. Professional photographers will take three different pictures of each graduate.
Order information and proofs will be sent to your NKU email account by the photographer three to five days after the ceremony. You can also view proofs at the GradImages NKU page. For more information or to order prints please call 1-800-261-2576 or email giservice@gradimages.net.
GradImages is offering 20% off graduation photo orders of $50 or more when graduates register their email address prior to graduation. Visit the GradImages website and click on Registration at the top to take advantage of this offer.
Diplomas are mailed approximately six to eight weeks following commencement each semester (fall, spring, summer) from the Office of the Registrar. To ensure you receive your diploma in a timely manner, you are encouraged to go on-line and check your address through your myNKU account. If changes need to be made or if you have a question about your diploma, please contact the Office of the Registrar at (859) 572-5556 or registrar@nku.edu.
Your diploma cannot be released until all obligations to the university have been paid or completed. This includes, but is not limited to, money due to Student Account Services and unreturned library materials.
Keep an Eye Out for Your Electronic Diploma
Did you know that all NKU graduates will receive an electronic diploma in addition to their printed version? A certified electronic diploma (CeDiploma) will be sent from info@cecredentialtrust.com to your NKU email address. The electronic diploma, available in .pdf form, is great for sharing on resumes and on LinkedIn. Employers love its ease of access! Printed diplomas will be mailed to the address you provided when applying for fall graduation. If your address has changed since then, please update your diploma address in the Student tab – Change Address tile within myNKU.
