The Student Learning and Success through the eLearning and Racial and Ethnic Diversity Friendly University Initiative at Northern Kentucky University is highly valued in collaboration with individuals, groups and organizations/agencies to empower communities to increase racial and ethnic diversity awareness and resources, including online learning (eLearning).

Building Racial and Ethnic Diversity Friendly University by Creating Opportunities, Overcoming Obstacles & Barriers, and increasing Community Engagement & Empowerment.

Northern Kentucky University’s eLearning Racial and Ethnic Diversity Friendly University Initiative and its community partners are working together to equip student, faculty, staff, and community individuals and groups with resources, tools and strategies to advance from racial and ethnic bias to bias free environment and achieve a greater sense of inclusion, belonging and worth through community empowerment and engagement action, and access to relevant resources.
