Procurement Services keeps information related to NKU’s tax-exempt status in Kentucky as well as several other states on file. If a department needs proof of NKU’s tax exempts status or other a copy of other state tax exempt forms, contact Procurement Services at 859-572-5265.
Departments/schools typically do NOT have the authority to sign ANY contracts or agreements with an outside vendor in the name of the University. All contracts and agreements must be reviewed by NKU’s office of Legal Affairs & General Counsel.
