You’ll have an opportunity to meet our staff, hear from our Student Ambassadors, and learn about the programs, resources, and services that make up your success network in TRIO SSS. You are welcome and encouraged to bring up to two family members with you.

The Self-Determination Assessment (SDAi) is a tool to consider how you make decisions.
Please complete it before you arrive at orientation.
Take your time and try to rate yourself honestly. There are no right or wrong answers. It will take about 30 minutes to complete.
Need a laptop for class? You can borrow one of ours while you're a student at NKU. They're equipped with webcams and speakers so your tech needs are covered. Request one at the link below and we'll have it ready for you at orientation.
If you need one, fill out the form at bit.ly/NKU-TRIO-Laptop to apply to borrow a laptop. Once we've processed your request, we will reach out via email with details.
You never know when we will send you important information, so make sure you're regularly checking your NKU email, both over the summer and throughout the school year.
