Welcome Letter from Director of Student Wellness

As the Director of Student Wellness I want to provide a holistic program that consists of resources, tools, and experiences that will help you remain well, happy, and productive during your time at Northern Kentucky University.  I also hope to help you develop skills that will benefit you for the rest of your life. This department was established to help you find balance within the eight essential dimensions of Wellness. I can assist you by providing access to resources and eliminating any roadblocks that may be hindering your overall wellness goals.  I am very excited to support you during your NKU journey!

The motto for this department is “helping you discover YOUR okay.”  This is YOUR journey in life!  We hope to support your personal vison of well-being.  We hope to help you maintain and discover sustainable wellness behaviors that will keep you at your best.  Whether is it physical health or managing your mental health, we are here to support you!

We are in this together!
