Please join us on Monday, April 25^th, 10:10-11:00 in Student Union 109 for a presentation and open forum for the LGBTQA+ Student Initiatives Director position.

Dr. LaVette Burnette will be presenting on the following prompt:

Please create a 20-minute presentation which indicates your vision for leading the Office of LGBTQA+ Student Initiatives. You can include your research or experience with cultivating a sense of belonging on campus, providing space for an inclusive campus environment through culturally affirming and identity-based programs, and your understanding of intersectionality as it relates to advocating for marginalized students. In addition, please share how you have cultivated a support system to promote student success and community building.

Dr. Burnette’s resume is attached as well as an evaluation to provide feedback. Once completed, please send the evaluations to Ms. Priscilla Ayala at ayalap1@nku.edu.

A Zoom link is also provided for those unable to attend in person.
