Grad Fair

Tuesday, Feb. 24, and Wednesday, Feb. 25, 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. at the NKU Bookstore in the University Center

Why attend:
Grad Fair is a convenient, all-in-one event that provides you with everything you need for the commencement ceremony. 

  • Have the chance to win free regalia (cap and gown) or a diploma frame at check-in.
  • Buy regalia, order graduation announcements and/or a class ring.
  • Confirm the spelling of your name and check your mailing address for your diploma.
    • To check or update the spelling of your name on your diploma, log into the myNKU portal, select the Student Self-Service tab and select Apply for Graduation. More detailed instructions can be found here. Questions? Email registrar@nku.edu.
    • The name in this system is the name that will be announced at commencement and printed in the commencement program.
  • Undergraduates only: Pick up your university honors cords (if applicable).
  • Learn about NKU Alumni Association benefits.
  • Sit for graduation or professional portraits by GradImages.
  • Talk to Graduate Education and Career Services team members.
  • Learn about the Class Gift project and how you can help.
  • Browse the NKU Bookstore’s display of graduation gifts and other items.
  • Get answers to all your commencement questions.
  • Learn about Victor's Salute to Graduates, a celebration for all graduating students. 

Important deadlines:
Follow these deadlines in order to get your regalia on time for the Saturday May 9, 2026, commencement ceremonies:

  • March 9: Last day to purchase custom-tailored doctoral regalia through Herff Jones.
  • April 7: Last day to purchase undergraduate, master's and non-custom doctoral regalia online through Herff Jones.
  • May 9: Last day to purchase undergraduate and master’s regalia in person at the NKU Bookstore.
