What to Expect During an Investigation

  1. Filing a Report: Concerns can be reported to Employee Relations via email at gabbardn5@nku.edu.
  2. Initial Assessment: Our team will evaluate the concern to determine the appropriate course of action.
  3. Fact-Finding: We’ll conduct interviews and review evidence to gather a clear picture of the issue.
  4. Resolution: Findings will be reviewed, and appropriate actions will be taken to address the matter.
  5. Follow-Up: Where applicable, we’ll provide support to ensure a smooth resolution and prevent recurrence.
