Reminder: New Submission Process

Instead of emailing submissions to, you will need to use the event submission form. You can tag your submissions with one of the following keywords/tags:

  • “This-Week-Students"
  • “This-Week-Faculty/Staff"

You will need to select both if the announcement needs to be included in both editions.

If you have an announcement that is not directly tied to a date, you will need to set the date for two weeks from the date of submission.
