• 1 occupant:
  $911/month ($4,560/semester)
• 2 occupants: $456
  per occupant/month ($2,280/semester)
• 3 occupants: $304
  per occupant/month ($1,520/semester)
• 4 occupants: $228
  per occupant/month ($1,140/semester)
• 5 occupants: $182
  per occupant/month ($912/semester)

To be eligible for this opportunity you must meet the
following criteria:

• You must be 21 years ofmage by January 15, 2025 or older
  
  
• Complete a spring onlymhousing application through your housing portal
  
  
• If you have an academic year 2024/2025 housing contract you are ineligible

Considerations:

Space and availability is limited and based on a first come first serve basis
Move in day would be January 11, 2025  Simply apply through your housing portal and email Avery Calloway (callowaya4@nku.edu) letting her know that you’ve completed your application, the roommates you intend to live with, and confirm they have also completed their spring only housing application.

We can only honor these rates if you build your roommate group yourselves (ex: we cannot honor the 5 person rate if you and your friends only have 3 people).

Other terms and conditions may apply
Students would be bound by their housing contract which would go through the end of the spring 2025 semester.

Students wishing to continue living on campus beyond the spring semester would need to apply for summer housing and would be subject to summer housing rates.
