University Housing has two mail rooms that serve residential students, one in the Booth Residential Village (Norse Commons) and one in the East Residential Village (Callahan Hall). Mail rooms are open and paper mail is delivered to individual mailboxes from 7:00 AM until 8:00 PM, seven days per week.

Mailboxes for Kentucky Hall, Commonwealth Hall, University Suites, Callahan Hall, Northern Terrace and the New Residence Hall are all located in the building lobbies. Mail for Norse Hall is delivered to mailboxes in Norse Commons. Packages are held in Norse Commons and Callahan Hall mailrooms.
