University Housing has two residential help desks: one in the Boothe Residential Village (Norse Commons) and one in East Residential Village (Callahan Hall). These desks are open from 8:00 AM until 12:00 AM (midnight), seven days per week during the academic year. You can also call the desks at:

• Help if you get locked out
• Help if you lose your AllCard
• Cleaning supplies (i.e. vacuum, broom, dustpan)
