Emergency Maintenance Requests refer to repairs that are necessary to either eliminate a clear threat to life or safety, or to prevent extensive building damage. These items must be repaired and corrected immediately. Please visit your residential area’s desk or contact the Resident Assistant on Duty if the Housing Office is closed.
Due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), based on national guidance for physical distancing, and to remain in compliance with university and state policies, the Callahan and Norse Commons Desks are staffed remotely during the day and closed at night. A Desk Assistant is available during working hours by calling one of the listed numbers below. After working hours and on weekends, please contact the RA on Duty for your area.
