Common Ground

Common Ground is an LGBTQA+ student group that welcomes individuals of any identity. The group is aimed at education and advocacy on campus and for the surrounding communities, as well as providing a fun, friendly, and safe place for LGBTQA+ students to meet and gather.

Lavender Society

Lavender Society is an alliance of WLW ("Women Loving Women") and NBLW ("Non-Binary Loving Women") that work together to make a stronger community for Lesbians, Bisexuals, Pansexuals, etc.

Meetings: Tuesdays from 5:00-7:00pm in SU 105

The Gender Initiative (T.G.I.)

The Gender Initiative (TGI) is wrapped around two missions. First, to increase the visibility of Trans and/or Gender Non-Conforming students on Northern Kentucky's campus. Second, to provide a safe place for those individuals to network.

Colors of Pride

Colors of Pride is a student initiated, collaborative effort to support & improve campus climate for LGBTQQPIA persons of color and minority status through intentional educational programming and other awareness raising efforts. Our mission is to bring awareness of diversity within the LGBTQQPIA & GRSM (Gender, Romantic, and Sexual Minorities) community as well as to build allies throughout campus and the community among all minority groups, creating a greater sense of solidarity and a greater appreciation for diversity.

Friends of Dorothy

Friends of Dorothy is a safe space for queer men and masculine-aligned people attracted to men. The group works to build a strong community in support of this safe space. Friends of Dorothy is open to gay, bi-sexual, pansexual, transgender, queer, nonbinary, and/or masculine-aligned people, regardless of whether they are out.

Meetings: Tuesdays from 12:00-2:00pm in SU 302

The Queer Writers Collective

The Queer Writers Collective is an organization created to celebrate Queer writers, and members ar encouraged to share their own writing as well!
