University Suites is a four-story building constructed of concrete masonry and a stucco-like facade featuring suite style living for students. The building includes two-bedroom double-occupancy and four bedroom single occupancy suites, all with two bathrooms and a small living area per suite. The building also includes a computer lab, classroom/multi-purpose room, laundry room, and a variety of student study/lounge spaces. This popular residence hall houses a total of 396 students.
