Handwritten dates on some pages indicate most items are from 1931. Also some pieces have "Shanghai" written on them, which most likely indicates articles that appeared in Shanghai Evening Post.

Announcer's Scripts from the Radio Division, Bureau of Public Relations, National Recovery Administration. 50 scripts of 2 sheets, 2 pages each. Date: No dates but 1933-1936 were the years of the NRA. Each script is numbered which appears to relate to a date. Some scripts have a handwritten day (i.e. May 26th, n.y.). Script number 179 has a letter attached dated June 1, 1934. Release number 178 has handwritten date of May 31st, which should indicate all scripts from 1934-1935. It is likely that Southgate Haynie wrote some or all of the scripts in this folder.
