"History Month is a great time to look at previous LQBTQ activists and learn about what they’ve done for us and our community. I appreciate having a specific time that I can reach out and connect with others who understand what I’m going through, and given the opportunity to just talk to them and make friends when I wouldn’t necessarily have the chance other months."
