The NKU service tunnel is the underground throughway that stretches from the basement of Lucas Administrative Center to the Natural Science Center, with various small branches that connect a number of buildings on campus.*
Students, staff, or faculty who require access to the NKU service tunnel must complete Tunnel Safety Training and upload a certificate of completion with their request via the TUNNEL ACCESS FORM before access can be approved. Instructions regarding training is available on the form.
*The passage connecting the first floors of the Student Union and The University Center is not considered part of the service tunnel. Access to these doors should be made using the general Key Request Form
