The Data, Access, and Work Control Office is the communication hub for the Operations and Maintenance department, providing a centralized contact-point for work requests and information. We are located at 70 Campbell Drive (MA 106).
Our role is to facilitate customer requests, maintain the equipment and work-order database and gather and disseminate information. Our department processes over 20,000 work-orders per year, recording all requests for maintenance or other speciality assistance. Along with work orders, we are also responsible for Key Control and All card access.
Work Order System Login (Admin and Technicians)
If you have an service order emergency* please call Work Control at 859-572-5660 during our normal business hours 8:15AM-4:30PM. If you have an emergency after normal business hours please call the Power Plant at 859-572-5548 or the University Police at 859-572-5500.
*Emergency entails life safety and the situation presents imminent danger to someone’s life and/or well being or something that may impose immediate large scale damage to building infrastructure such as a utility line rupture, window breakage or possible fire.
