Type (New, Revision, etc.): New proposed policy that replaces existing Free Expression, Posting Materials on Campus, Speakers from Off-Campus, and Un-Invited Speakers from Off-Campus policies.

Description: Policy refreshes and expands protections for expressive activities on campus.    

Applicability: This policy applies to the campus community and visitors.

Comment Period: April 28, 2026 -  May 27, 2026.
