Description: The proposed policy replaces the existing Alcohol and Drugs policy so that alcohol and drugs are covered in separate policies. It updates and provides wider accessibility to the Drug-Free Workplace policy currently included in section 16.19 of the Faculty Handbook, which will be correspondingly updated upon consultation with and approval of Faculty Senate.
Applicability: This policy applies to NKU faculty, staff, and students.
