Description: This revision has been proposed by Research, Grants and Contracts to update the current University policy and make it consistent with the policy in the Faculty Handbook (Sec. 16.6), which will also be correspondingly revised. This proposed revision has been reviewed and approved by the Faculty Senate and its Professional Concerns Committee (PCC). The procedural language currently included in the Faculty Handbook policy is now maintained on the Research, Grants and Contracts website, as stated and referenced in the proposed revision.
Applicability: This policy applies to all Northern Kentucky University faculty, staff, and students conducting
human subjects research.
