How do I sign up for automatic payments?

All new members will need to stop by our Membership Services desk to enroll in automatic payments. Our team will be happy to assist you in getting set up.

All current members will be able to enroll online on our crcportal.nku.edu anytime.

When will my automatic payment be processed each month?

Automatic payments are collected on the 1st of each month. If the 1st falls on a weekend, the payment will be processed the next 2-3 business day.

Can I choose the date my payment is processed?

At this time, all automatic payments are processed on the 1st of the month (or If the 1st falls on a weekend, the payment will be processed the next 2-3 business day). We do not offer the ability to select a custom payment date.

Can I use a promotion or discount if I'm enrolled with automatic payments?

No. To utilize a promotion or discount, you must pay for an annual membership with a check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. We do not take cash payments.

How long will my automatic payments continue?

Your recurring membership payments will continue automatically each month unless you notify our Membership Services team in writing by the 15th of the month prior to the cancellation month. This can be done by completing the Cancellation Form on our website.

How can I update my automatic payment information?

You can update your automatic payment information anytime by logging into your account at crcportal.nku.edu or any time by visiting our Membership Services desk

Will I still receive a monthly invoice?

No, you will not receive a monthly invoice for automatic payments. Your bank or credit card statement will serve as your receipt.

Which types of memberships are eligible for automatic payments?

Automatic payments are available for Public, Alumni, and Retiree memberships both in-person and online. New members must sign up for automatic payments in person, while current members can choose to purchase automatic payments either in-person or online.
