Instructions:
Step 1: Go to https://crcportal.nku.edu and select "sign up" in the top right-hand corner of your screen
Step 2: Fill out all of the required information
*The Membership Information number is found on the back of your CR card
Step 3: After filling out all of the required information, agree to the Terms of Use and select "register" at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen
Step 4: Once you have registered, you will receive an email prompting you to activate your account
Step 5: Select "login" and use the information created to access your account
Follow the link provided and watch the video on how to sign your waivers online with NKU Fusion Go. You can also follow the step by step instructions provided below.
Instructions:
Step 1: Go to https://crcportal.nku.edu
Step 2: In the top right-hand corner of your screen, select the bell-shaped "alerts" icon, then select the "agreement requested" section
Step 3: After reading through the Membership Agreement, under "mark for acceptance" sign using your mouse
Step 4: Select "sign now" in the bottom right-hand corner
Step 5: Complete steps 3 and 4 as needed for all waivers and always complete by selecting "sign now"

Instructions:
Step 1: On the NKU Campus Rec website, select "Fusion Portal" from the Resources section on the right side of the screen or Go to https://crcportal.nku.edu
Step 2:Click "Sign In" at the top right of the screen.If you are an existing member, log in and then Move to Step #4.
Step 3: If you are new and do not have an active membership, Create an Account and fill in the required information (email and password). Check your email and click the verification link. Return to the Fusion Portal website to finish filling in your Profile information (your profile must be complete to process the steps below).
Step 4: Click "Private Swim Lessons".
Step 5: Select your preferred swim lesson type (Private 1:1 or Semi-Private 2:1).
Step 6: Click "Add to Cart".
Step 7: Sign ALL waivers.
Step 8: Enter Swim Lesson participant(s).
Step 9: Click "Checkout".
Step 10: Click "Checkout" on the pop-up.
Step 11: Enter the requested billing information.
Step 12: Click "Submit".
Step 13: A green bar should appear that says, "Payment was successful."If this green bar does not appear with "Payment was successful," do not enter credit card information again. Please contact Ashley Kroell at (859) 572- 6308.
Step 14: Check your email; you will receive an email receipt from "Fusion SMTP Service Account" with a link to schedule your swim lesson session. Click the link.
Step 15: Once the "NKU Swim Lessons" webpage opens, select the type of swim lesson you just purchased.
Step 16: Select the staff member, date, and time that you would like to schedule your swim lesson.
Step 17: Complete the Details and Additional Information section and click the "Book" button.
Once you register for the class, you will receive an email with the Zoom link at the very bottom of the email. Please log into the class five (5) minutes early.
