• Guests must be sponsored by a current active faculty/staff or member who knows them personally.
• Sponsors must be 18+ if bringing minors; minors must remain under direct supervision at all times.
• Guests 18+ must present a valid photo ID; minors require a parent/guardian to complete a Use Agreement.
• Each sponsor may bring up to 2 guests per day.
• All guests must create a guest profile (photo, email, phone) and sign the Guest Use Agreement/waiver.
• Children ages 2+ need a guest pass or membership.
• Guest passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may be limited based on availability.
• Sponsors are responsible for their guests’ actions; all guests must follow Campus Rec & NKU policies.
  

Promotion / Purchasing Rules

• Annual pricing is a one-time payment.
• Monthly pricing is month-to-month with no commitment.
• Student pricing is per semester. 
• No sign-up fees or contracts!
• F/S discounts do not apply to payroll deduction.
