Automatic Payments

Save money on your membership with our new Automatic Payments option!

Benefits of Automatic Payments:

- Save money with discounted automatic payment rates

- Eliminate the need to remember to make monthly payments

- Enjoy a hassle-free membership experience

How it Works:

- Automatic payments are collected on the 1st of each month.

- If the 1st falls on a weekend, the payment will be processed the next 2-3 business day.

- Your recurring membership payments will continue automatically each month unless you notify our Membership Services team in writing by the 15th of the month prior to the cancellation month.

- To cancel your automatic payments, please complete the Cancellation Form on our website and email crcmembership@nku.edu.


- Automatic payments are available for Public, Alumni, and Retiree memberships.

Individuals participating in automatic membership billing will be responsible for a 3-month commitment, meaning you cannot cancel your automatic payments until 3 months have passed from your first full monthly payment.
