Founded in 2001, the Northern Kentucky Leadership Institute (NKLI) houses 3 organizations: Freshmen Service Leadership Committee, Norse Leadership Society, and Leadership Mentors. The Institute seeks to provide Northern Kentucky University and the campus community with opportunites for personal and professional development through workshops, retreats, and service opportunities.
NKLI is housed in the Northern Kentucky University James and Rachel Votruba Student Union in room 329.
The Freshman Service Leadership Committee (FSLC) is a freshman-based organization focused on developing our members by providing leadership opportunities and service based learning.
The Norse Leadership Society (NLS) prides itself on developing efficient and successful student leaders.
Leadership Mentors (LM) is an organization based upon building leadership skills. The organization strives to not only improve those qualities in their members but also throughout the campus community.
