Organization Renewal

Student organizations must renew their organization each academic year. In order to be considered renewed for the year, Student Organizations must:

1. Pay the Renewal Fee to the Center for Student Engagement by August 31st.

2. Complete the Re-Registration form in myEngagement.

3. Ensure that their officers, advisor, and members are up to date in myEngagement.

What Happens If I Don't Renew My Organization?

In order to be considered a Registered Student Organization at Northern Kentucky University, all organizations must go through the renewal process. Failure to do so will result in the following:

Loss of eligibility for university funding (operational, programming, and legacy)
Inability to reserve space (rooms, banners, and tables) in the Student Union, University Center, and across campus.
Inability to apply for university sponsored awards.
Loss of any other privileges associated with being a Registered Student Organization.
