Zoom is an online conferencing tool that can be used to meet with your students online. You can share your computer screen or use the white board functionality while speaking with your students in real time. To set up an NKU-affiliated account, go to the log in page. Big Blue Button is a conferencing tool inside Canvas. It has many of the same functions as Zoom. Recordings are available for two weeks after the initial session. This can be found under the Conference tool, which can be enabled under Settings > Navigation.
Are you a student using Canvas for the first time? Log into Canvas using your user ID (the first part of your email address before the @ symbol) and password. Your classes will show up on your dashboard. Please refer to the resources below for guides to the primary tools used by instructors.
Microsoft OneDrive provides a place where you can store, share and sync your files. You can update and share your files from any device with OneDrive, and even work on Office documents with others at the same time. The Mobile app allows you to take a picture of a document and convert it to a PDF.

Kaltura is a tool you can use to upload your mp4 or mp3 files, record your computer screen, and then add those videos to a discussion or assignment.
