Thank you for your interest in submitting an alert to UCAP. 

To submit an alert,

  1. Click on the grey "Issue an alert" button above to access Navigate OR
  2. Utilize the one-stop, simplified approach to referring an NKU student for supportive outreach: Help a Norse (Academic & Financial issues go to UCAP and Personal concerns go to Community Standards and Care)      

Once you have logged in to Navigate by using your NKU credentials, 

  • Search for the student(s) you would like to connect to UCAP's services in the top right search bar.
  • Once the student has been selected, please click "Issue an Alert" and fill out the information completely so that we can best serve the student(s).  

When including comments, please remember that they are part of the student's record and could be viewed by the student and other interested parties.
