The ALL CARD's Interdepartmental Bill (IB) is for NKU departments needing to request funds, services, and transactions with the ALL CARD Administration.
Download the IB form and follow the instructions on it. The form can be sent as an email attachment to allcard@nku.edu for processing. Contact the ALL CARD office with any questions.
