ADD MONEY TO ALL CARD

The ALL CARD allows you to gain access to the following services and activities:

NKU network password reset using the ISO number printed on the card
Building access, including the Campus Recreation Center and residence halls
Steely Library Card
Computer lab printing
Special events and campus elections
TANK and NKU Shuttle bus pass

Cardholders may utilize an ALL CARD Dollar account for discounts and convenience when making ALL CARD purchases on campus. ALL CARD Dollars are an online NKU account. The account balance can be checked at most places where purchases are made or through the NKU app.

Your All Card can be used on campus in two ways:

1) ALL CARD Dollars - Prepaid spending account that can be used for:

NKU dining service locations (6% discount)
Computer lab printing
NKU Bookstore
NKU Parking Office (permits & fines only)
Vending machines
Copiers (50% discount)

Add money to this account at:

ALL CARD office (Student Union, room 120): cash, check, money order, credit/debit card, and ALL CARD gift certificates
Online: credit/debit card
By mail with printable form: check or money order

ALL CARD Dollars expire after 2 years of account inactivity. See General Policies for specifics.

ALL CARD Dollar accounts and Meal Plans can be placed on hold if the card is lost or stolen. Cardholders can place a Lost Card Hold in their NKU All Card account or contact the ALL CARD office for assistance. Lost, stolen or damaged ALL CARDS can be replaced for a $10 fee.

2) Meal Plans

Meal plans are included as a separate account on your ALL CARD.

Residential students should contact the Housing Office for meal plan options.
Commuter students, faculty and staff should check the Dining Services website for meal plan options.
