ALL CARD - ACCOUNTS AND SERVICES

The ALL CARD allows you to gain access to the following services and activities:

  • NKU network password reset using the ISO number printed on the card
  • Building access, including the Campus Recreation Center and residence halls
  • Steely Library Card
  • Computer lab printing
  • Special events and campus elections
  • TANK and NKU Shuttle bus pass
  • Optional use as a PNC Bank ATM/debit card(see below)

 

Cardholders may utilize an ALL CARD Dollar account for discounts and convenience when making ALL CARD purchases on campus. ALL CARD Dollars are an online NKU account. The account balance can be checked at most places where purchases are made or through GET Funds. Up to three money accounts can be added to the ALL CARD.

 

Up to Three Money Accounts on One Card:

1) ALL CARD Dollars - Prepaid spending account that can be used for:

  • NKU dining service locations (6% discount)
  • Computer lab printing
  • Norse Tech Bar
  • NKU Bookstore
  • NKU Parking Office (permits & fines only)
  • Vending machines
  • Copiers (50% discount)
  • Steely Library fines
  • Game Room
  • Health Services
  • Campus Recreation Center (CRC)

 

Add money to this account at:

  • ALL CARD office (Student Union, room 120): cash, check, money order, credit/debit card, and ALL CARD gift certificates
  • Online: credit/debit card
  • Steely Library cash-to-card machine (3rd floor): paper currency
  • By mail with printable form: check or money order
  • Human Resources: faculty/staff payroll deduction (print and submit form to HR)

 

ALL CARD Dollars do not expire. See General Policies for specifics.

ALL CARD Dollar accounts and Meal Plans can be placed on hold if the card is lost or stolen. Cardholders can place a Lost Card Hold in their GET Funds account or contact the ALL CARD office for assistance. Lost, stolen or damaged ALL CARDS can be replaced for a $10 fee.

 

2) Meal Plans

Meal plans are included as a separate account on your ALL CARD.

  • Residential students should contact the Housing Office for meal plan options.
  • Commuter students, faculty and staff should check the Dining Services website for meal plan options. 

 

3) PNC Bank ATM/Debit card

This is a separate account from ALL CARD dollars. Cardholders should contact a PNC Bank representative to have their ALL CARD linked to their PNC Bank account. The ALL CARD then has the additional advantage of being used as an ATM card and as a pin-protected debit card to make purchases using their PNC Bank account. (Note: The ATM/debit feature only withdraws from the PNC Bank account, not the ALL CARD dollar account.)
