New Students
New students may visit the ALL CARD office (Student Union, room 120) as early as two weeks before classes begin and at least two business days after registering for classes to receive a card. Please bring a current driver's license, state-issued photo ID or passport.
Returning Students
If you already have an ALL CARD, it will be valid for the duration of your attendance. ALL CARDS are automatically reactivated each semester you register for classes.
Need a replacement ALL CARD? We will reissue a new card as early as two weeks before classes begin and at least two business days after registering for classes. ($10 replacement fee applies.)
Need your ISO number? Send an email to allcard@nku.edu with your full name and the last four digits of your social security number or stop by the ALL CARD office (Student Union, room 120).
EXTERNAL OR CONTRACT EMPLOYEES
If an external or contract employee will be working at NKU but not getting paid through NKU payroll and will need an ALL CARD for access to email, doors, etc. the hiring department must email authorization to the ALL CARD office at allcard@nku.edu at least one business day in advance of card issuance. The email should include the employees’ name, start date, job title, department hiring, and expiration date of employment(if known). The external or contract employee must bring a current driver's license, state-issued photo ID or passport. Once the ALL CARD is issued the hiring department should contact the appropriate department for access.
