The Albright Health Center is a three level building located at the west end of Regents Hall. The Health Center provides classroom and laboratory facilities, as well as recreational and fitness facilities available to student, faculty, staff, and alumni, including open gym space, an indoor track, racquetball courts, swimming pool, and fitness rooms. 

The programs and departments
located in this facility include: Campus Recreation; Intercollegiate Athletics; Kinesiology and Health (Physical Education); FUEL NKU and UK College of Medicine – Northern Kentucky Campus.

In 2015, renovation/expansion of the Albright Health Center to provide a
modern, state-of-the-art indoor campus recreational facility was completed. The expansion features a curved glass façade and is LEED Gold certified by the US Green Building Council. The project received coveted design awards from the Kentucky Society of Architects and the National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association.

The Albright Health Center is named for Dr. A.D. Albright, President of Northern Kentucky University from 1976 to 1983. Dr. Albright was NKU's second President.
