Join us for Grad Fair in the NKU Bookstore

Tuesday, Oct. 8, and Wednesday, Oct. 9, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

What is it and why attend:

  • Have the chance to win free regalia (cap and gown) or a diploma frame at check-in.
  • Buy your regalia, order graduation announcements and/or a class ring.
  • Confirm the spelling of your name and check your mailing address for your diploma.
  • Undergraduates only – pick up your university honors cords (if applicable).
  • Learn about NKU Alumni Association benefits.
  • Sit for graduation or professional portraits by GradImages.
  • Talk to Graduate Education and Career Services team members.
  • Learn about the Class Gift project and how you can help.
  • Browse the NKU Bookstore’s display of graduation gifts and other items.
  • Get answers to all your commencement questions.

If you can't attend:

  • Attendance at Grad Fair is not required to participate in the commencement ceremony.
  • Undergraduate and master’s regalia, non-custom doctorial regalia, announcements, diploma frames and class rings may be ordered online at the Herff Jones websitethrough November 8. The above regalia and diploma frames can also be purchased in the NKU Bookstore through Dec. 14.
  • For qualifying undergraduates, university honors cords will also be available to pick upat your college dean’s office and at commencement on Dec. 14.

  • To check the spelling of your name on your diploma: go to the myNKU portal, Student Self-Service tab, and select “Apply for Graduation.” More detailed instructions can be found here. Questions? Email registrar@nku.edu.

Make your class gift!
The Class Gift is a special opportunity to make an impact at NKU before you graduate. Make a gift of $20.24 to the area of campus that means the most to you and receive a commemorative “NKU Philanthropist” stole to wear at graduation. Learn more here.

Victor's Salute to Graduates 
Save the date for Victor's Salute to Graduates on Wednesday, April 30! This is your official welcome to the NKU Alumni Association and an opportunity to toast your accomplishments and bright future. Graduates will make professional connections with current alumni, enjoy light appetizers and get access to resources to prepare for life beyond graduation. More details will be shared in the coming months.
