In support of our university’s first permanent female President, Dr. Cady Short-Thompson, we are a diverse network of alumni, students, parents, faculty, staff and friends of Northern Kentucky University who engage and inform women about the opportunities and needs of the university. Our primary goals are to support the President’s major priorities and to enhance the collective involvement and financial impact of women giving to NKU.
The President's Society was established in 1997 to recognize generous individuals who contribute $1,000+ annually. President’s Society members are leaders in annual giving and stand as an example to all other donors to NKU. This special group of supporters makes a substantial impact on the success of NKU students and the university.
President's Society members are welcomed annually by the NKU community. Other recognition may include:
Loyal donors are essential to Northern Kentucky University, laying the foundation for critical resources and programs that lead to student success.
The Loyal Norse Society is a family of over 1,100 donors who have given consecutively for three or more fiscal years (July 1-June 30). The Loyal Norse Society recognizes gifts of any amount to NKU.
