“I found out about FUEL NKU through professors who put it in the syllabus my freshman year. I come from a large family – there are nine children in my family. FUEL NKU takes the financial burden of food off of me, which has been really awesome. I wasn’t super involved with on-campus activities before I started visiting FUEL – I just commuted to school and went home every day. FUEL NKU helped me make the decision to get a job on-campus, which helped a lot.
