When you receive a Duo push notification (Accept/Deny), please take a moment to check the location information displayed. This is important in case a compromised account attempts to log in at the same time as you.
Only approve Duo prompts that you are expecting and that show your correct location. Never blindly accept a prompt—this could allow unauthorized access to your account.
Tired of constant spam calls? Apple iOS 26 introduces an enhanced "Screen Unknown Callers" feature that automatically screens calls from numbers not in your contacts.
Using on-device intelligence, your iPhone can now detect potential spam, transcribe caller messages in real time, and let you decide whether to pick up — all without ever answering the phone.
It's privacy-first, efficient, and a great way to stay focused while staying in control. Make sure to enable it in your settings and experience the difference. Contact the IT Help Desk or visit the Norse Tech Bar for assistance.
