All traditional Staff Congress meetings will begin promptly at 1 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month. (unless stated otherwise)
There are a total of 35 Representatives & four guests - Faculty Senate Rep, SGA Rep, Admin Rep and Staff Regent.
We also have the grateful opportunity of monthly university speakers/presenters.
All dates may be subject to change & Council may be called for special meetings depending on the needs of the University, President & Congress.
On occasion, changes might be made to meeting scheduled, this is based on the needs of the university and discussion items that require special presentations or to work cooperatively with university administration. These changes will be reflected on this website & we try to inform all representatives of these changes as soon as possible.

The Executive Council Steve, Sara, Vicki & Kimberly & Staff Regent Cori Henderson meets with Lori Southwood, Human Resources Director traditionally on the Monday prior to the Staff Congress meeting.
The Staff Congress Council of Chairs meets the 1st Thursday of every month at 10:00am via Zoom
