Meaning “Celebration” in Swahili, Sherehe is an opportunity to provide African and African American graduates with a more intimate and African-centered means of recognizing and honoring their achievement amongst a community of peers, family and friends.
Sherehe is celebrated twice a year at the conclusion of Fall and Spring semesters.
