Meaning “Celebration” in Swahili, Sherehe is an opportunity to provide African and African American graduates with a more intimate and African-centered means of recognizing and honoring their achievement amongst a community of peers, family and friends.

Sherehe is celebrated twice a year at the conclusion of Fall and Spring semesters.

Join us as we celebrate our NKU African/Black/African American Spring 2023 Graduates! Sherehe is Swahili for celebration, and this is guaranteed to be just that for all graduates and attendees! All are welcome!
